Bring water to stay hydrated, and a yoga mat if you have one. We have mats available to use if you do not have one. We also sell Jade yoga mats at the studio. You may want to purchase your own mat for reasons of personal hygiene and regularity of practice.

Our classes have capacity restrictions based on the size of our studio space, and our busy classes do fill right up! Please cancel your reservation 90 minutes prior to the class to assure waitlisted students may attend. No shows or late cancels will be charged a $5 fee. Fees will be implemented if a cancellation is made less than 90 minutes before a class begins, members will be considered a no show after class has begun.

Ideally, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the class starts. But we understand things happen, and sometimes people are late. If you are only a few minutes late please quietly enter the class so as not to disturb others. If the studio door is closed or you are more than a few minutes late please come back at another time.

Yes we allow walk-ins, if room is still available. Please notify the teacher upon your arrival so they can sign you up for the class. Please sign up online whenever you are able to, to assure a spot is available for you and so you can be notified if the class in cancelled.

It is always appropriate to talk to the instructor about any existing physical conditions and concerns you have about them. Yoga benefits many people with chronic pain by helping the body regain its balance between strength and flexibility, movement and awareness. If you are under a doctor’s care for an acute situation, please be sure to discuss taking yoga classes with them.
