EMBODIED FLOW
Designed for all levels, our TSYS signature Embodied Flow classes invite you to harmonize breath and movement in nurturing way. We guide you through a sequence of poses that gracefully transition, allowing you to explore flexibility, replenish your life force, build strength, open to deeper breath, and cultivate inner calm. The room is warmed to 75-78 degrees, so be sure to bring a towel.
Yoga foundations
If you’re new to yoga, or you haven’t practiced in a while, this class is for you! Cultivate a harmonious relationship with your body and being through learning the basics of breath, asana (poses), and mindful movement. In this class, we move slowly and offer modifications. All ages and all bodies are welcome.
Pilates Mat
Pilates mat work is a dynamic workout that emphasizes pelvic floor and shoulder girdle strength, core engagement, spinal flexibility within a complete range of motion, and breath control.
replenish
Replenish is a restorative body-based meditation practice called Deep Nourishment. This practice is done lying down.
What exactly is Deep Nourishment? It’s training in the inner mechanics of true rest, restoring earth resonance in the body, and opening to the pathways of receptivity and softness.
Deep Nourishment is an embodied meditation, so we see the body as the way, rather than in the way.
In this class, we drop under the surface waves, sink down beneath the chop on top, to the more settled place in our being. With practice, we learn to find our way to the deep alive peace that’s found at the ocean floor of our being.

- Melts away the layers of tightening, disconnecting, overriding, and rushing
- Cultivates inner calm and restores vitality

Yoga for healthy aging
Yoga For Healthy Aging is designed to help regain and maintain strength, flexibility, balance, agility and to manage stress. These classes allow you to gently challenge yourself, while tuning in and honoring your body. Modifications and props will be offered throughout class.
